These terms cover this website, run by Probeyahn Group, brokered by Coastal Properties Group International, 3601 Henderson Blvd, Tampa, FL 33609. By using the site, or by creating a client account, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

Who this is for

The public pages are for people who may buy or sell a home and want to reach the team. The desk behind the team login is only for people Probeyahn Group has given a login. A client account is not a team login.

What we store

If you ask for an estimated value report, sign an open house sheet, or create an account, we store the information you give us. That can include your name, email, phone, the property address, and the report we prepared. We keep it so the team can follow up and so you can sign back in and see reports tied to your email.

The report is not an appraisal

An estimated value report lines up recent sales of a similar kind of home and shows a range from those sales. It is a place to start. It is not an appraisal, not a guarantee, and not a promise of a sale price or a timeline. A list price is a later decision you make with your agent. Mortgage and insurance questions belong with a licensed professional.

Your account

You are responsible for the password you choose and for the accuracy of what you submit. Do not create an account for someone else without their permission. You may ask us to stop contacting you, or to close the account, by emailing team@probeyahngroup.com.

Contact from the team

If you give us a phone number or email, the team may contact you about the home you asked about. The privacy policy explains the consent that comes with a phone number. You can ask us to stop at any time.

The site

We may change or remove a page, a feature, or these terms. The current terms apply when you use the site. Listing data shown in a practice or live search comes from outside sources and can be incomplete or out of date.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Probeyahn Group and Coastal Properties Group International are not liable for damages that result from using this site or relying on an estimated value report, including lost profits or a decision to buy, sell, or price a home.
