Patrick is a third-generation realtor who spent 18 years in education before joining the group Christina mentored him into. He brings teaching, technology, and a habit of making a hard process simpler. He has lived in Tampa Bay since 1995, with his wife Stephanie and their two sons. The families already knew each other. The work is the same idea: take care of people, and do more than they expected.

Sarah is a realtor with Probeyahn Group. She grew up on the water after her family opened Pelican Marina in Hudson, and she knows the Gulf Harbors and Sea Forest coast the way a local does. Sales, teaching, and management all sit behind the way she works a sale. She and her family bought their own home in Hudson in 2020, and that is what pulled her into the business.
